This is how a job gets priced, so nothing about the number is a surprise. Labor, loading, hauling, and the dump and recycling fees are already inside it — there is nothing added at the curb and nothing added on the invoice. One price for the whole service area, so a job in Fallbrook costs the same as a job two blocks from my house. I confirm your number with you in person before anything moves.
How much of the trailer you fill
The trailer is the measuring cup. Household junk, furniture, appliances, garage and yard clean-outs, estate and rental cleanouts — general junk of every kind fits this ladder. Pick the closest tier when you send photos and I confirm the real fill level with you on-site. If it takes less room, you pay less.

Exact dollar figures land on this page the day my price sheet is armed. Until then send photos, I confirm what's there and get you on the schedule, and your number is handed to you in person before anything moves — same system, same promise below, and it is still all in.
What gets quoted separately
Three things sit outside the ladder. Keeping them out is what lets me publish firm prices for everything else instead of hiding behind an asterisk.
Heavy material
Dirt, concrete, brick, tile and roofing weigh 1,855 to 3,200 pounds a cubic yard. They hit the trailer's weight limit long before they fill it, so they get a separate quote with a three-yard maximum — never a surcharge on a tier above.
Hot tubs
Quote only, every time. Ask me and I will look at photos and give you a number for your tub — but I will not publish a price for a job whose scope changes the moment I see it, and I do not disconnect wiring or plumbing.
Hazardous waste
Paint, solvents, pool chemicals, motor oil, propane and ammunition I cannot take at any price. The county's household hazardous waste program handles those free — ask and I will point you at the nearest drop-off.
You show me the pile
Photos beat guesswork. Snap the pile from a couple of angles, send them through the booking form, and I confirm which tier it lands in and get you on the calendar. No visit fee, no salesman walk-through. Your firm number is handed to you at the curb before anything moves — and if it is not what you expected, send me home. No fee.
