Can you handle hillside properties and rural lots?
A lot of Vista is hills — older grove properties near Brengle Terrace, steep driveways off Foothill Drive, and long dirt drives out toward Buena Creek. We run a Ford F-350 pickup, so we can get into spots a big box truck can't. If access is tight, mention it in the booking form and I'll take it into account before we pick a day.
Is there anything you won't take?
I have to decline hazardous stuff: chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, motor oil, gasoline, propane, medical waste, and ammunition. San Diego County's household hazardous waste program handles those, and I'll point you to the right drop-off. Fridges, freezers, and AC units I do take — they go at one flat price that already covers certified refrigerant recovery. Everything else is fair game: furniture, yard debris, whole garages. I donate or recycle what I can before anything goes to the dump.
