Junk removal in Encinitas

Encinitas, Leucadia, Cardiff, and Olivenhain — fast, clean junk removal with honest quotes.

Encinitas covers a lot of ground for one town — old beach cottages along Neptune in Leucadia, tract homes off El Camino Real in New Encinitas, and horse properties on acreage out in Olivenhain — and all of it is a half hour or less from my place in Vista.

Encinitas questions, straight answers

How does pricing work?

Send me photos of the pile through the booking form. I confirm what's there, tell you which tier it lands in, and get you on the calendar — no call center in the middle. The firm number is handed to you on-site before anything moves. I can usually get you scheduled within the week, Monday through Saturday, 8 to 6.

Can you handle tough access, like the bluff cottages in Leucadia or acreage out in Olivenhain?

Some Encinitas jobs are tight — narrow lanes off Neptune in Leucadia, stairs down to a backyard, long driveways on the horse properties out in Olivenhain. Include a photo of the path from the junk to where the truck can park and I'll take it into account before we pick a day. And I'll tell you straight up front if a job needs more than we can give it.

Does everything just go to the dump?

Not if I can help it. Usable furniture and working appliances go to donation first, e-waste gets recycled properly, and the dump is the last stop. One thing I can't take is hazardous material — wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane, that kind of thing. San Diego County's household hazardous waste program handles those, and I'll point you to it.

The guarantee

You get your firm price from me in person, before anything moves — labor, loading, hauling and dump fees already inside it.
