How does pricing work?
It's the room your load takes up in my trailer, or a flat rate if it's a single item — the pricing page walks through both, so there's nothing to spring on you. Send me a few photos through the booking form and I'll confirm what's there and get you a day. The firm number comes from me on-site, before anything moves — and the person handing it to you is the same person doing the hauling.
I've got a rental near CSUSM that needs clearing out between tenants. Can you handle that?
Yes. Rental cleanouts are one of my core services, and student rentals around Cal State San Marcos tend to turn over on tight timelines. I schedule same-week, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Anything still usable gets donated or recycled before the dump.
Will you take an old fridge or freezer?
Yes. Fridges, freezers, and AC units have to go through certified refrigerant recovery before disposal, and that cost is already inside the flat price for those — nothing is added on top. I handle the process; you just point me at it. Other appliances like washers, dryers, and stoves don't need any of that and get hauled the normal way.
You get your firm price from me in person, before anything moves — labor, loading, hauling and dump fees already inside it.
