How do you price a junk removal job in Oceanside?
It goes by how much room your load takes up in my trailer, or a flat rate if it's a single item — the pricing page lays out both. Send me a few photos through the booking form and I'll confirm what's there and come back with the windows that work. The firm number is handed to you on-site, before anything moves.
We're PCSing out and the rental has to be empty. Can you clear it?
Yes. Rental and estate cleanouts are one of the services I offer, and with Camp Pendleton next door I know Oceanside runs on move-out deadlines. I'm a Marine Corps vet myself, so I understand how tight a PCS window gets. I schedule same-week, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm — send photos early and we'll lock in a day.
Will you take an old fridge or AC unit?
Yes. Fridges, freezers, and AC units go at one flat price that already covers certified refrigerant recovery — the refrigerant has to be pulled through a certified process and I don't shortcut that, but it's inside the number, not added to it. Washers, dryers, and stoves don't need that step. Anything still usable, I try to donate or recycle before it goes to the dump.
You get your firm price from me in person, before anything moves — labor, loading, hauling and dump fees already inside it.
